The official ticket sale starts on October 15, 2025 at 7:00 PM (CET). 

 
In welcher Sprache wird unterrichtet?

Die Workshops finden überwiegend Deutsch & Englisch statt, falls erforderlich kann übersetzt werden.

In which language are the workshops held?

The workshops are mainly held in German and English, but translation can be provided if necessary.

Kann ich mein Ticket stornieren?

Eine Stornierung der Convention-Teilnahme ist bis 24. Januar 2026 möglich. Es werden 80 % des Convention-Preises (191 €) erstattet. Danach ist keine Rückerstattung mehr möglich.

Es gelten die Teilnahmebedingungen der Hoops in Motion Convention.
Can I cancel my ticket?
Cancellation of the convention participation is possible until 24 January 2026. You will receive a 80% refund of the convention fee (€191). After that, no refund is possible.

Kann ich mein Hotelzimmer stornieren?
Ja, die Hotelbuchung (Übernachtung & Verpflegung) kann bis 31. März 2026 kostenfrei storniert werden.
Es gelten die Teilnahmebedingungen und Stornobedingungen des Hotels. 

Can I cancel my hotel booking?
Yes, the hotel booking (accommodation & meals) can be cancelled free of charge until 31 March 2026.
The convention terms and conditions  and the hotel’s cancellation policy apply. 

Wie und wann wird bezahlt:
Nach deiner Anmeldung erhältst du eine Zahlungsinformation vom Hotel-Gasthaus Krone. Die Rechnung kann per Überweisung oder Kreditkarte beglichen werden.

How & When to pay:
After your registration, you will receive payment information from Hotel-Gasthaus Krone.The invoice can be paid by bank transfer or credit card.

Wo übernachten wir?
Im All Inklusive Paket sind 2 Übernachtungen inkl. Frühstück im Hotel-Gasthaus Krone enthalten. Das Hotel liegt etwa 3 Gehminuten von unseren Workshop Locations entfernt.
Where will we be staying?
The all-inclusive package includes two nights' accommodation with breakfast at the Hotel-Gasthaus Krone. The hotel is located about a three-minute walk from our workshop locations.

2 € Konus Gäste Karte / 2 € Konus Guest Card

Das Hotel stellt jedem Gast eine Konus Gästekarte zur Verfügung und führt dafür 2 € an die Gemeinde ab. Mit der Konus Gäste Karte können öffentliche Verkehrsmittel im RVF kostenfrei genutzt werden.

The hotel provides each guest with a KONUS guest card and pays €2 to the municipality for this service. The KONUS guest card allows free use of public transport within the RVF (Regional Transport Association).

Kann man früher anreisen oder länger bleiben?
Ja, Voranreise oder Verlängerung sind inkl. Frühstück für 59 €/Nacht möglich.
Can I arrive earlier or stay longer?
Yes, early arrival or extra nights including breakfast are available for €59 per night.

Gibt es Einzelzimmer?
Ja, gegen einen Aufpreis von 60 € für zwei Nächte.
Are single rooms available?
Yes, with a surcharge of €60 for two nights.

Kann ich aussuchen, mit wem ich in einem Doppelzimmer bin:
Ja, Du kannst Deine Wünsche im Anmeldeformular äußern. 

Can I choose who I share a double room with?
Yes, you can indicate your preferences on the registration form. 

Check in / Check Out:

Check in Freitag tagsüber möglich, Zimmer voraussichtlich ab 13:00 Uhr bezugsfertig
Check Out Sonntag bis spätestens 13:00 Uhr, Koffer können deponiert werden

 Check-in possible during the day on Friday, rooms are expected to be ready from 1:00 pm.
 Check-out on Sunday by 1:00 pm at the latest; luggage can be stored. 

 Was gibt es zu essen?
Im Preis enthalten sind Mittag- und Abendessen (vegetarische/vegane ) sowie Snacks und alkoholfreie Getränke tagsüber.  Frühstück ist nur im „Alles inklusive“-Paket enthalten.
What kind of food is included?
Lunch and dinner are included (vegetarian/vegan), plus snacks and non alc. drinks during the day. Breakfast is only included in the “All Inclusive” package.

Wir versuchen, möglichst viele Unverträglichkeiten und Ernährungspräferenzen zu berücksichtigen, können dies aber nicht zu 100 % garantieren.

Wenn du keine speziellen Bedürfnisse hast, bitten wir dich, bei gekennzeichneten Speisen denjenigen den Vortritt zu lassen, die darauf angewiesen sind. 💛

Für welches Hoop Level ist die Convention geeignet?
Unsere Workshops sind für alle Level offen – vom Anfänger bis zum Fortgeschrittenen.
What skill level is the convention for?
All levels are welcome – from beginners to advanced hoopers.

Was erwartet erwartet mich?
Es gibt verschiedene HulaHoop Workshops, Morning Yoga, eine UV/LED Flow Night, eine Gala Show für den einen guten Zweck (mit After-Show-Party), den Community Bazar, einen Hoop Repair Service und ganz viel positive Community Vibes.
What can I expect in the program?
There are various HulaHoop workshops, Morning Yoga,

a UV/LED Flow Night, a gala show for a good cause (with an after-show party), the Community Bazaar, a Hoop Repair Service and lots of positive community vibes.

Muss ich meinen eigenen Hoop mitbringen?
Wir empfehlen, deine eigenen Hoops mitzubringen. Eine begrenzte Anzahl Leih-Hoops ist vor Ort verfügbar.
Do I need to bring my own hoop?
We recommend bringing your own hoops. A limited number of loaner hoops will be available.

Kann ich selbst etwas auf dem Bazar anbieten?
Ja, Teilnehmer:innen dürfen eigene Kreationen (z. B. Schmuck, Kleidung) anbieten. Das kann ebenfalls im Anmeldeformular angegeben werden.
Can I offer something at the bazar?
Yes, participants are welcome to offer their own creations (e.g. jewelry, hoop related items, clothing). This can also be specified on the registration form.

Das Convention Welcome Package mit allen wichtigen Info`s wird ab ca. 13:00 Uhr am Welcome Desk im Hotel ausgegeben.  Die offizielle Eröffnung der Convention wir am Freitag, 24.04.2026 offiziell voraussichtlich gegen 15:00 Uhr sein. 

Am Sonntag losen wir nach dem Mittagessen die Tombola aus und gegen 15:00 Uhr schließen wir die Convention gemeinsam mit einem Closing Circle ab. Den genauen Zeitplan teilen wir kurz vor der Convention mit euch.

You"ll get your Welcome Package with all the important Details from 1 p.m. at our Welcome Desk in the Hotel. The official Opening will be on Friday, expected about 3:00 pm.

On Sunday we’ll draw our tombola winners after Lunch and close the convention  

around 3:00 pm with a Closing Circle. The detailed schedule will be shared shortly before the convention.

Bötzingen liegt am Kaiserstuhl in Baden-Württemberg und ist gut erreichbar:

• Mit dem Zug: Der Bahnhof Bötzingen liegt an der Kaiserstuhlbahn (RB31/32) zwischen Freiburg und Endingen. Vom Bahnhof sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zu den Hallen und Unterkünften.
• Mit dem Auto: Bötzingen ist über die A5 (Ausfahrt Riegel oder Freiburg-Nord) gut angebunden. Folge der Beschilderung Richtung Kaiserstuhl/Bötzingen.
• Mit dem Flugzeug: Der nächste Flughafen ist EuroAirport Basel–Mulhouse–Freiburg (ca. 1 Stunde Fahrzeit, Bus Transfer nach Freiburg vorhanden). Alternativ: Flughafen Zürich oder Stuttgart.

Parken:
Am Hotel und an den Hallen stehen nur begrenzte Parkmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung. Bitte bildet nach Möglichkeit Fahrgemeinschaften oder nutzt öffentliche Verkehrsmittel.

Bötzingen is located in the Kaiserstuhl region (Southwest Germany) and easy to reach:

• By train: Bötzingen train station (RB31/32) lies between Freiburg and Endingen. The venues and hotels are just a few minutes’ walk away.
• By car: Conveniently connected via the A5 motorway (exits Riegel or Freiburg-Nord). Follow the signs to Kaiserstuhl/Bötzingen.
• By plane: The nearest airport is EuroAirport Basel–Mulhouse–Freiburg (approx. 1 hour drive, Bustransfer to Freiburg is available). Alternatively: Zurich or Stuttgart airports.

Parking:
Parking at the hotel and event halls is limited. Please consider carpooling or using public transport whenever possible.

Wo findet die Convention statt?
Sowohl die Unterkunft als auch die Fest & Sporthalle sind in Bötzingen am Kaiserstuhl gelegen.
Where does the convention happen?  

Both the accommodation and the towns & sportshall are located in Bötzingen am Kaiserstuhl. 

Wie komme ich am besten hin?
Der nächstgelegene große Bahnhof ist Freiburg im Breisgau, von dort ist Bötzingen gut mit der Regional Bahn oder dem Bus erreichbar. Es liegt in der Nähe der Autobahn A5 und der Euroairport Basel ist nur etwa 60 km entfernt und ebenfalls gut nach Freiburg angebunden.
How do I get there?
The nearest major train station is Freiburg im Breisgau, from where Bötzingen is easily accessible by regional train or bus. It is close to the A5 motorway, and EuroAirport Basel is only about 60 km away and also well connected to Freiburg.
